ORDER TRACKING

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from the factory in Los Angeles, California or Charlotte, North Carolina.

Every product, aside from stickers, is made to order. We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then add shipping times on top of that.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

All FedEx expedited orders are automatically marked as priority in our system. As long as the items are in stock, we print and ship them as quickly as possible.

FedEx Smart Post 2-7 business days Yes FedEx Smart Post is also ideal for lightweight packages, but has longer delivery times than USPS First-Class. Please note: final delivery for Smart Post is sent through USPS.

FedEx Ground 1-5 business days Yes Ideal for sending heavy shipments (up to 150 lbs) to business addresses across the U.S.
FedEx 2 Day 2 business days Yes All FedEx expedited orders are automatically marked as priority in our system. As long as the items are in stock, we print and ship them as quickly as possible.

DHL Expedited 3-6 business days Yes Similar to FedEx Smart Post, final delivery is completed by USPS.

RETURN POLICY

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If you notice an issue with your order, please submit a Problem report by using the contact form below and our Customer Support team will get in touch to help as soon as possible.

When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
